Welcome to Twin Cities Toastmasters!!! We are a member of Toastmasters International, and cordially invite you to join us every Thursday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm at the First Lutheran Church at 4600 Texas Blvd, Texarkana, TX.

We have a delicious meal served and we always have a terrific time. Come visit us and join the fun!!!!
